Just wondering here. I saw it mentioned on the first year board and it was honestly something that never crossed my mind. All you hear about is how there is a nursing shortage. I never really thought about the difficulty in finding a hospital job after graduation. So tell me, what was your experience in securing a job after graduation?

Im from South Jersey but work in Philadelphia...in this area its farely easy to find a GN job...I actually work with two GN's from Connecticut and Massachusetts who moved to Philadelphia to work in the area.
Thanks for all the replies. That puts my mind at ease. I do live about 20 minutes away from Cleveland and there are quite a few hospitals in and around that area. I am just thinking ahead...lol.
