I'm a new grad ADN living and trying to get a job in Washington DC. I applied for an RN residency program at Washington Hospital Center and an HR lady emailed me asking me if I was interested in the Oct class, if I had moved to the area yet, and if I had my DC license. I responded yes, yes and yes. This was August 9 and I haven't heard anything else. I know that HR departments don't exactly operate with a lot or urgency and they have a good amount of time until they need to hire people. But I need a job! Should I email her again? Go in and give them my resume in person? I don't want to be too pushy but I need to stand out somehow
