I'm currently taking a micro this summer and my professor does not like me...For what reason? I have NO IDEA. I rarely speak to him except for a good morning or have a nice day. At this point it seems like he's slowly torturing me. He's constantly asking me why am I still in his class, he gave my seat away, and he just always finds a way to say something negative to me. At first I wasn't making a big deal out of it but now I dread going to class because I feel like I'm being bullied. It's at the point where my classmates are asking me what did I do to make him dislike me so much.
Any advice on how to handle this would be a blessing.

Good day, AshleyyW92:
As I share these questions and ideas, please know they are to try and look at things from other angles.
Have you asked to meet him in his office? While that would be uncomfortable, if you can find the courage, you could then ask him what you can do differently in his class to do better (I'm not stating you are doing bad; but that question may lead to other answers in addition to any direct answer).
In addition, do you participate in class? Have you thought about the next time he asks you why you are in the class about putting on the happiest face you can put on while answering that you want to learn microbiology from him. Put on your game face smile, and do your best.
How are you doing on your exams and practicals?
Thank you.
