How to get hired at U of Chicago

Are there any nurses that work at the University of Chicago?? I have applied to at least 30 RN staff jobs that are listed on the website. But never get a email or phone call back. How is it possible to get a job there? The funny thing is, I'm always getting auto generated emails saying that they have open jobs available. I know it's a large hospital so....

Its been my dream to work there. I don't get a response rather I was rejected for the position or not. So I'm not even sure if they're seeing my resume. Is there a way to get in contact with someone. So I can set up an interview? Any response would help thank you!
