Sure...there are brain sheets on AN to get you organized...you can search the site and take a look at them.
Make sure you organize report, know what's relevant, and is a priority. Communicate with your RN in terms if there are priority interventions that may need monitoring, for specific patients. Cluster care during safety checks, and do your data collection at the same time. Check meds, labs, and trends. Communicate, communicate, communicate!

I am a new Lpn , and started at a local hospital in my area on a med surg floor. This is my 2nd week on my own.. I still feel so overwhelmed, and unorganized at times.. Has any one ever feel like this?
