How difficult is it to get a job after disciplinary action on your license?

No suspensions, no probations, no stipulations/limitations. Paid a 500.00 civil penalty & they issued my license with no encumbrances.

I do not have disciplinary action, but I do have felonies and I can not get a job.

Sorry about to hear that. I have no felonies. I have one municipal ordinance from 20 years ago and a disciplinary action for not disclosing it. I wasn't trying to hide it. I misread the statement and my attorney had said it will never show up since it is not even a misdemeanor.

How is it that you can't find a job and on your profile it says "specializes in NICU"?

I have worked NICU my whole career, but haven't worked for a while for a couple of reasons. I am beginning to wonder if I have made a mistake by reinstating my license. I'm wondering if maybe I should start a new profession.

Can you expunge your record? If it's been past 5 yrs you can do that.

The only problem with that is the internet. Nothing is ever completely removed. People pay 10's of thousands of dollars for nothing. It's always going to be seen by those doing an online search. It will read expunged, however, the citation will still be fully visible.
