I get rather nervous during interviews and have a hard time communicating my answers. How can I get over this?

Practice!!! Think about maybe enlisting the help of family and friends to do mock interviews. Take a look at common questions and prepare a bit. Then present a bunch of questions to your mock interviewer and see how you do. You won't know what questions will be asked and it will give you some practice in a safe environment. See how you do.
Take a few deep breaths - a good interviewer, will make you feel at ease.
I get nervous too - a little nerves are OK - I think they helped me to be prepared, I knew about the organization that I applied to, being dressed appropriately and being conscious of my body language and eye contact.
Also, I said to my self going into my first interview (when I felt my nerves - creeping up on my) "Take a deep breath, and if you don't want to do this again, nail this interview" ha ha
It worked - I nailed the interview and was offered the job at the hospital I really wanted to be a part of a week later.
Good luck to you - you can do it!!!
Thank you! Haha I'm definitely going to start telling myself that. You're right about a good interviewer making you feel at ease too
