How to convert license from another state to NY?

Hello! I have to convert license from Vermont to NY. What should I do? Can I do it on-line somehow? What about additional requirements of NY BON ?

i was browsing through the BON NY website, but i couldn't find the Licensure by Endorsement form. I know i have to file for a CVS with CGFNS, but after filing for a CVS, i am clueless as to what i should do next.

i don't know what form to accomplish because i can't seem to find the form for the endorsment process. what form number is it?

Just gone to the link, and it shows form3 or the license verification form. After CGFNS has finished with my CVS, is this the only form that I have to accomplish and submit to NYBON?

How about forms 1 and 2?
