How do you change your CNA from one state to another

Hi

I am new in here. I was looking around trying to find out how to change my CNA from one state to another. I need to move and I am looking for another job somewhere else.That is why I am asking. If anyone knows how to do this please get back to me as soon as possible.

When I changed mine from one state to another all I had to do was fill out a form that I received from a facility here and sent it to the board here in SC. It took them about 3 weeks to transfer it here from home. Hope this helps ya out. Good luck in your move and with your new job.
