Canadian health authorities aren't recruiting offshore and Cdn. new grads are having a hard time finding work within the system and country they were educated in.

For those considering Canada

As already stated, Canadian-born and educated newly graduated nurses and many of those from 2009 have not found work at this time and the prospect of employment for an internationally-educated newly-graduated nurse is extremely poor and looks to remain so for the next several years.
