Hi! Im a Filipino nurse for 10 years now. I've been working in the middle east for 7 years. I want to become a nurse in canada but I dont know how. I greatly need your advice and guidance to start my application.

Hi there! I heard that nurses are open for FSW in quebec right now. I came to canada last year under the FSW program. You can check with an agency or directly go to the immigration website. Best of luck.

You would have to apply for a nursing license by contacting the college of nurses in the province in which you want to work.You have to meet their requirements and pass the CRNE. Nursing is no longer on the FSW list and you would have to go the Temporary Work Permit route which requires you have an employer first.Working in Quebec would require that you be fluent in French.

Suggest a good read on here, check out the provincial college of RN that you want to work in and then check out the CIC website to see what immigration route you need. As mentioned this year nurses was removed from the FSW list
