How bad is microbiology through EC?

Good morning, I am presently doing the EC micro. Try these free websites for some help: Education Portal, You Tube and Khan Academy. I wish you well on your RN journey.

I took it in March. Not too bad... but yes, it is a lot of material! I used the content guide, a college network module (found cheap on Ebay), Micro Demystified, some of Tortora textbook, flashcard exchange, and PRACTICE EXAMS!!!! GOOD LUCK!

I used studygroup101, the excelsior practice exams and a couple library books.

When you say library books are you meaning any kind? Or those recommended for course?

exam. whatever my library had. one was cliffs notes micro, don't remember the other.

I did the exam. My first EC exam, last pre-requisite. Once I scheduled the exam, I went into study mode and spent maybe about a month studying. Good luck!
