Hi Nurses! I am an RN from Philippines but I am now here in Nebraska..
I am having a hard time to apply for the CGFNS.
It says there that the school where you from should be the one to send the Academic records/transcripts and license/registration/diploma to CGFNS.
How should I send my those forms to my school? Is it okay to send it via email? Or it should be printed already?
So what should I do first? Should I contact my school and wait until they process those documents or should I fill up and finish first the application forms for applying for the CGFNS?
Were on the same boat! I also took the NLE last 2009 didn't do the oathtaking and registration at PRC. What I did was I had my mom go to the PRC office and with her was a signed authorization letter from me so she could obtain my registration/PRC ID. I'm also currently in the process of getting my CGFNS requirements done but due to the fact that I got married here it's been proving such a hassle. I know it's all worthit in the end. By the way, I moved to the US March 2010. If you get this just pm me we'll go through this together. :)
hi! i passed the nle 2009 and got married here too. im planning to apply in Rhode island. im just confused about what you said "I'm also currently in the process of getting my CGFNS requirements done but due to the fact that I got married here it's been proving such a hassle."..... please enlighten me.. thank you :)
I am also from Philippines and experiencing hard time to fill up the credential evaluation order service form of Cgfns because it needs to fill up the recipient and it will not accept any name of the recipient.I even tried to type Nebraska human services but it wont work. What should i do? can I get the number of pinx23?
Hello everyone! I just have a question.. Do you know how long it takes for the CGFNS to approve or review my PRC validation documents? My brother processed my PRC docs 3 months ago, I just feel that I should have received the approval notice in my email by now. Thanks!
Thanks silver! Ill wait for another month then.. Its just that they processed my school records so fast and then my PRC takes so long.. If only it was the other way around. Lol thanks!

You are doing CVS for NY? Everything should be in that application package that you completed
just want to ask if its is ok to put my signature on the CGFNS request forms electronically and email it to my sister in the phils then she'll be the one to print it and send it to my school and to PRC. Also do i still need to have an english proficiency test if im already an immigrant here in the states? Im currently in michigan btw.
