I believe you do like speed interviews with a bunch of units (not sure if you get to choose) and they will let you know which ones choose to interview with you. That's what everyone said the experience was for the summer.

Ugh I don't know either. My heart is in Pediatrics, I honestly don't care necessarily what unit aslong as I am working with the peds population. This is a lot of pressure because we are literally playing a guessing game on what units are being offered.

She stated that she was interviewing four people total for the position and if it came down to it she would hire all four of us. Keeping my fingers crossed.

How was your shadowing? Did you reach out to the nurse manager after?
