Hello. This is my first post. I am a pre nursing student at San Jac. Well the questiong i have is, are there any jobs in a hospital that i could do? I wish to work in a hospital just to get the feel of the environment. I know people who dont even go to school but they work at Bayshore. How can i get a job like that? who do i talk to?

You could work as a unit secretary/unit receptionist. They put in orders answer the phones, place calls to docs. It would help you get the feel of the hospital and unit and help you get a job later on.
Who would i have to talk to? who handles employment in a hospital?

Most area hospitals have websites that list the open jobs. For Bayshore, you might check out www.bayshoremedical.com and click on Careers. There are other area hospitals owned by the same system that you can search as well. Good luck!
