I haven't heard from Med Surg or ER either. They mentioned Tuesday/Wednesday in my interview, but it was also mentioned that it would take time to work through the call list.

Hi there. How long after you interviewed did they offer the job?

Kind of? It's moreso if I leave early, I forfeit the bonus. Depending on how early, I either pay it back or forfeit the rest of the payments (it's 3 payments, first one is with the first pay check I think). I'm not obligated to stay a certain amount of months, I can leave whenever, I just might have to pay back the bonus.
