Houston Nurse Residency Summer 2020

Starting a thread about Houston Nurse Residency programs that open this month/next to start in June/July!

If anyone hears from Harris Health today let me know!

I interviewed yesterday and my interviewer warned me that it was a possibility. When I got the call from HR just now they told me they already had my scorecard so if/when they resume the program again for Summer then they’d just review that, and continue forward if I was chosen but they said if they decide to continue with Summer at a later date they’ll call people back who haven’t interviewed yet

What location was this for? I was worried about delay/cancellation of residencies. I think DFW area is also doing the same but I was hoping Houston wouldn't delay theirs.

This is for Houston Methodist at their TMC location. I’m not sure if it is affecting their other campuses in the same way since I’m pretty sure people have already gotten offers at some of them, but hopefully the email they told me they’d send out today will explain things with more detail! Definitely not news I wanted to hear tho ?

Has anyone who accepted an offer from St. Lukes TMC heard if they're delaying the residency?

St Luke’s just sent out an email to those who have been offered positions confirming they are committed to the upcoming residency program. ?
