For those of y’all that have done Methodists prescreening, is it just like a get-to-know-you and unit preferences and stuff, or is it more behavioral questions?

I think it's all of the above. It depended on which location you applied for and how they interviewed. Some people got situational questions while others didn't.

I haven’t heard back yet either! I thought my interviews actually went well so I’m on edge every time my phone rings!

Yes same here! Anxiously waiting and praying to hear something today! I was wondering if all of the Corona virus stuff has put a hold on their job offers ?
