Houston Nurse Residency Spring 2025

Hiiiii everyone! I know this is a little early but I am graduating this December and will be applying to houston nurse residencies and didn't see a forum for this 🙂 since applications start in a few months, just wanted to make this for more info! Does anyone know all the application opening dates for TCH, MH, Methodist, etc...?

I interviewed with MH children's for CVICU and I got my offer last Friday

I interviewed on a Wednesday and received a decision on a Friday.

Has anyone heard from Harris Health yet?

heard from MH, didn't get picked for my first choice for an interview, and my second choice is full. They said my application is still under review  until all units are full, but I'm not sure what that means

I'm so sorry. Maybe it means that you can get into another unit if they can't fill it or something if you don't mind me asking what was your first and second choice? Also, which locations?

Memorial City and Greater Heights. And I hope that does mean they can consider me for other units cus I'll give it a try at this point

I understand I would too! I'm still waiting and honestly do not like how the whole process is going...

Has anyone been made an "alternate" or know anyone that has? I don't know wether to get my hopes up or just assume I'm not going to get the spot

Ben Taub hosted a big interview day on 10/17. Not sure about LBJ. I don't know if Ben Taub will do another round, depends on if they fill their positions I assume.
