Houston Nurse Residency Spring 2025

Hiiiii everyone! I know this is a little early but I am graduating this December and will be applying to houston nurse residencies and didn't see a forum for this 🙂 since applications start in a few months, just wanted to make this for more info! Does anyone know all the application opening dates for TCH, MH, Methodist, etc...?

I applied to Memorial Hermann TMC and Ben Taub and heard back from both already. I heard back from MH last week and did my initial interview yesterday (Wednesday). BT emailed a SignUpGenius form on Tuesday to schedule an interview for 2-ish weeks from now. I too forgot to ask at the MH interview when we should expect to hear back.  They were a bit behind schedule so I only asked 3/10 question I had LOL. Im assuming the next step would be a second interview right? What unit did you interview for at MH?

I heard they are going to get back to people by Tuesday but someone in my cohort got their job offer from MH woodlands already

I already heard back from the unit and I got rejected 🥲 it's the only interview I had too

the next step is another interview and an opportunity to shadow a nurse in the unit you applied to, if I remember correctly. I interviewed with the Silver Trauma & Surgical Trauma IMU managers

I think this is a unit by unit basis. People in my cohort have already got offers from TMC and woodlands after just 1 interview.

Pearland anyone? Even last time when I applied for pearland my status never changed. This time too its application under review. It was same the whole time for last cohort as well.

Mine says the same it's under review no interview or anything I am getting discouraged I don't know why it is so hard to get a job if there is a high demand.
