Houston Nurse Residency Fall 2024

Hi! I'm graduating this August and plan on applying to positions in Houston in women's health and pediatrics. I wanted to create a thread so everyone can stay up to date on applications/interviews for the October 2024 Cohorts. Good luck!

Hi y'all, does anyone know any other job options that available for new grad beside residency program in the hospital?

Has anyone heard back from Memorial Hermann for the second choice? and has anyone heard back from Methodist for the screening we had last Thursday.

The fact that it says Houston Methodist didn't even look at my application even though I submitted the second it opened is heinous.

apparently, AI is the wave with jobs and resumes now. If your application is pre-screened by the computer and doesn't meet certain requirements, it probably will not even make it an actual HR rep to read. There's way to many new grads and applicants for them to read every single one.

I thought it has to be unique and not AI type

Has anyone heard back from Methodist at all? I haven't received any type of email from them and the applications closed June 10? I applied for the October Cohort

virtuals were last week on Wed and in-person interviews were last week on Thursday friend 🥺
