I wanted to start a thread since Memorial Hermann is having their Pre Match Open House.   Was anyone able to attend The Woodland's zoom?   I missed it and was wondering which units would be hiring?

We're considering moving to Houston.  I just graduated and want to work in pediatrics.  How hard is it to get a pediatric residency position at Texas Children's hospital?  Is it super competitive?

does anyone know when the fall application opens?

I don’t know when TCH will open, but from past threads I do see that they are one of the last to hire and most competitive.  All hospitals in TMC seem to be very competitive.     The good thing is between TMC and suburbs there are quite a few hospitals.  Good luck to all of us!

Does anyone know how Methodist and St. Luke accepts recommendation letters? Is it an upload like memorial hermann or if a link will be sent out to our contact?

I received it on Monday (24th) morning.

I applied May 21st & received a link for the behavioral assessment May 26th. Another user found their assessment in their spam folder so try looking there as well.

Hi everyone. Which is better: Memorial Hermann, HCA, or Encompass? Went for interview for HCA. Got ICU-Day at HCA West which is 8 mins from me; pay was $30.50 with LVN experience, original was $29.50; $5,000 sign-on bonus. I wasn't expecting the sign on bonus. Encompass is offering new grad $33/hr with LVN experience and $10,000 sign on bonus. Will Memorial Hermann offer something like this?
