houston hospital rn benefits question

Hi everyone, Im planning to move to Houston,Tx but im just wondering if there are hospitals that covers 100% of enployee's medical including spouse and children. I dont want to pay a premium every month. I am currently employed in CA and i dont pay monthly premium for health insurance as my employer covers me and my family 100%. Is there such hospital that does that in houston?

at the moment i am not paying any deductibles on my current employer.. I only pay co pay which is less than $5 per visit and my family is 100% covered. I checked UTMB and i have to pay $500 for the whole family per month
