Hi to everyone! I have a couple of questions about hcc adn program.
First how many students do they accept for the fall semester?
If you have taken pharm at another school do they accept the class or will I have to take their pharm class?
How do they rank applicants ( Point system etc)
Is it really hard to get into their program? ( sorry I know that may seem dumb to ask)
I have finished all of the required pre reqs fairly good grades I have 2 C's. I took pharm at lonestar college. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks alot!
The invitation letter that you will receive in the mail will state "conditional acceptance" based upon successful completion of Pharm/math test and also depending on seats availability. The answer is yes, they do make selections. Make sure you have all your immunizations, CPR, and the other prerequistes ( Lifespan, Micro, A&P2, English 2) taken care of.
I have a few questions. I went to the information session the other day and they said they only requested that you had A&P, English & Intro to Psyc completed before you could apply. I also over heard them say (during the LVN portion) that as long as the required courses are in progress you can note it on your application and still apply. I'm taking the 3 required courses in the summer but the application deadline is RIGHT before the class is over, do you think I could still apply? or that my chances would be different?
Hi I has a question i have completed ALL required material to get into pharmacology and also passed the HESI. My only concern is the GPA i have been in school for a long time 6 yrs and changed my major many times so my Cumulative GPA isnt so great! :banghead:BUT my science gpa is good. I talked to Liliana the secretary and she said that they take all your cumulitaive gpa even classes that you are not needed towards ADN degree.NO WHERE online does it state this. it only states that the cumulative gpa for science and psychology have to be 3.0. Can some one help me please!! thanks!!

Yes, I'm in my first semester and it's almost over. Are you planning on taking pharm this summer?
