Just wanted to know if anyone is applying this April to get in for fall 2015 ADN program at HCC?
Also, I have completed all of the required prerequisites and I am taking all of the recommended classes this Spring. Do I still have a chance of getting accepted even though the recommended classes are still in progress?
I plan on registering for the HESI as soon as HCC updates the test dates and I am hoping to get a date in February.
What book are you using in pharmacology class? I would like to start reading it. Please could anyone let me know. Also I am dropping my application tomorrow and will ask about the interviews.
Hey everyone-just to clear things up; there isn't an "interview" process. I don't know why I was told that. I spoke to Regina Ricks at Coleman today and she said that the applications for the fall won't be really looked at until mid-June. And, it won't be until mid-July that we know anything concerning our acceptance into the program. It does sound like everyone is told something different though......
I'm also applying for fall :-/ I hope to get in!!! As for the interview I applied for the LVN program. In this program they send a letter in order to complete an interview. For the ADN is only an email.
I applied to the nursing program to start in the fall 2015. Hopefully I get in. I have read a lot of your posts, and I am so confused as to when do we hear back from the department! or what are the next steps after that. I guess I am very impatient when it comes to waiting. I had sent an email to Ms. Lewis and she said that we should be hearing back by early July. Anyone else apply for the fall?
I was told when I dropped off my application that we would know between June 15-18 sometime. Does anyone know how they notify? Is it through campus email?

They will notify you through whatever email address you put on the application.
I'm patiently waiting to hear the good news I'm so ready to embark on this journey to becoming a licensed registered nurse!!!! I pray that we all get in because when you have a passion for something and really wish to forfill your goals it should be granted to you........ Good luck to all of us!!! Hopefully we will hear all good news very soon!!!!
