Hospitals hiring new grads

Does anyone know of hospitals in North/Central NJ willing to hire and train new grads?

Unfortunately most NJ hospitals are on hiring freezes =(

or require experience. Have you tried long term care facilities?

I am confused when people suggest LTC for new grads. I haven't found one nursing facility that employs RNs as staff nurses. Every one that I call uses LPNs and CNAs and has RN supervisors - not the role for a new grad. Anyone have any names of LTC places where a new grad could start??

While I was looking for a job, I sent a resume to Inglemoor nursing home in Livingston, NJ and they called me back to schedule an interview.

[contact member via PM], starting salary for 2nd shift 3-11 was $29 (u can negotiate to $30, my friend did that). I am 100% sure if they are hiring NOW but give them a call [recruiter name deleted]
