Hospital Review Site for Nurses

Hi, I'm looking to get out of nursing and do something new. (7 years of night shift ICU takes its toll)

One idea I was thinking about doing is an app with hospital reviews for nurses where nurses could share with other nurses what it's like to work at a hospital.

Would anyone be interested in an app like this or should I go back to the drawing board?

Is this something that would be even useful?

I think it would be pretty worthless. You'd have disgruntled, former employees on one hand ...and on the other, people who complain, but like their jobs well enough to stick around. For an opinion to mean much to me, I have to know and trust the person with the opinion.

It might not be a bad idea. Who ever asks us what we think? When we need a doctor for a particular problem, don't we ask other nurses for recommendations? Hospitals being rated by nurses might be an idea whose time has come.

I was thinking more of like a Glassdoor for nurses so they know what it's like to work at hospital in case they were considering working at that hospital. Would that be useful to you?

Indeed.com already has something similar. It has various categories for nurses to rate. Just to let you guys know. But you can always improve the data and deliver a better product. If it is superior and adds value, you could make it into a great business opportunity. Good luck.
