Hey everyone

I started last feb have to take 10 classes, I was hoping to be done this year but folks r telling me that CPNE is bout a 3-6 months wait. I have 4 classes to go and the fcca. How long was the wait for those who were ready to sign up? And can I sign up when I'm almost done with nursing courses?

Thanks

You have to have all nursing theroy exams and FCCA done and be within 10 credits of the pre-reqs before you can register for CPNE. The waiting list depends on where you want to test. The more flexible you are the sooner you can get a date. I believe though the wait time is minimum 3 months...but you will have things to study to prepare for CPNE...I also think you may be able to sign up for a cancelation date and get one sooner...Hope this helps

Hey dstep

thank u it does help. I got all my prereqs done first now into the nursing. I kno I would need all the time to study the cpne, so one day at a time.

I'm hoping to test in Mansfield.

Thanks again

You are in good company! There are quite a few of us hoping to be done this year :D I have 5 exams to go, FCCA & CPNE. I want all my exams to be done by April and hoping to have CPNE over with in the Spring. Good luck, and happy studying :yeah:

I could have gotten a cancellation the month after I applied, or the month after that, but I choose one about 3 months from when I applied. Calling for a cancellation is key for a quick date. And I passed BTW.

I am hoping to finished this year as well. I am planning to take LS2 and LS3 in feb and march (FCCA) and the CPNE in august or september . I would like to study for it for about 6 months.
