Hoping to be accepted

I'm a 19 yr old female hispanic that just applied to my state university's school of nursing BSN program spring semester. I have a 4.0 GPA and I took the TEAS V last week and got a score of 91.3. They will select about 50 students into the program. I won't find out if I get selected until mid October. I'm a nervous wreck already about it and would like to know what do you think my chance of being accepted is? TIA.

Sounds like your grades are solid. You can't do better than a 4.0, plus your Teas score is good also. I don't know anything about the program you are applying for, but in my area, those scores will get you in :-)

Your grades are solid, you have a stellar TEAS V score, and you're 19. Ok, so the last one probably isn't part of the selection process... While I hope that you get in, you must also realize that patience is a good thing. I was a qualified applicant for 4 years, and I applied 15 times. I was rejected 13 times and those last 2 applications, I was accepted into the programs that I'd applied to at the same time. If your application is rejected, don't feel too bad, just pick yourself up and apply again.

You've submitted your application and there's little (if anything) you can do now to change the outcome. Because of that, don't stress about it. Getting all stressed about this really won't help you one bit. Just keep on doing what you're doing and what will be is what will happen.

That being said, I wish you the best and I truly hope you get accepted!
