Hello all! I am in the process of applying to Georgia Highlands Fall 2012 Nursing program. I am wondering if anyone else is in the same boat? I have all A's and B's in all of pre reqs, 2 Bs and an A in the sciences, which makes me nervous. I also didn't do that well on the TEAS. I got an 81, but did extremely well in the science part of it. I had an 1050 on my SAT'S from back in 2002. I did the worksheet total that they have online, and my score was an 1131. I am wondering if this is enough? But the worksheet does not include the TEAS calculation.
Any info or comments would be great! I just want to know where I stand
Yep that's what I did too. I figure since it's an average then 3 points is what they're looking for. I came up with the same score that Hope Weaver told me, so I think that's got to be right.
Ok, good. Now I'm just going to put everything away and simply wait for a response. No more over thinking every decision I made. There's no turning back now!
I KNOW!!! It's awful because I am working, so I got my neighbors across the street to look in my mailbox and call me to let me know if I have anything from GHC so I could run home and get it. Pitiful right?? And I had butterflies in my stomach all morning until they called and said no mail.
Even worse is that I will be in Blue Ridge tomorrow all morning/afternoon, so I won't know anything until I get home! AAAAHHH!
And I've dreamed about getting my letter ALL week!
I wonder if it's just me, but then I come on here and see that we're all suffering together! hahaha
Yep, all this waiting is making me second guess myself. Do you ladies mind sharing your cumulative GPA's? I know they take a nursing GPA but they also look at the cumulative.
This is MISERABLE!!!! Hopefully tomorrow!!!!
