KP No I turf out home health consulting to a friend of mine. Way to much travel. I was licensed in eight states and was never home. I will still keep my full time job in incontinence sales Monday through Friday but work just per diem. Maybe with Kelly Home Care. I know you have Kelly in Cleveland. I know the regional nursing director. Do you work certified?

I'm missing patient care too--since short staffed I've been working every other weekend so haven't been able to pick up weekend visits--should be able to do that by June.
What do you want? Private duty case with shift staffing that you can just slot your self in-- able to do notes during lul time; family dynamics to deal with
or
Perdiem visits with completion paperwork after you leave.
When kids young, I did perdiem evening IV visits as needed---really fit in well. Been toying with idea of returning to that 4 eve month just to keep up IV skills.
Let us in on what they're offering.

I thought I would tell you since I am pretty settled in my new job of DME sales of incontinence supplies I am probably going to do some PRN work on weekends for a home health company. I think that I miss the hands on and I did home health 11 years so I think it is in my blood.
Just thought I would let you know. Now I have to decide if I want to do private duty or certified. The thought of no OASIS does sound inviting.
