Any advice would be helpful! I graduated in May 2001 with my BSN and have been a staff nurse on an ortho floor. I am already feeling the burnout and/or that hospital nursing just isn't for me. Any suggestions? I've been researching school nursing and home health also. Thanks

I understand your feelings. (Kinda feel the same way about it and I have just been out since May. First of all you could try another dept/area of nursing. If not then there are tons of homehealth positions out there. School nursing and public health I am sure as well. Explore your options and good luck to you :)

I did home health 11 years. It was a nice break. I lost many skills though since the agencies I aligned myself with had little high tech skills.
