Anyone know the salaries for home health RN's in Georgia? Per visit rate and SOC rates? mileage?

$35 per visit, $80 for SOC typically. If you take salary then around $60000 but be prepared for 30 points per week. Each visit is a point, a SOC (admission) should count for two points. Mileage is a toss up, some agencies pay $5 more per visit with no mileage.

What area is that for? Is pay more in the Atlanta area? Also, any idea what LVN pay is in nursing homes.

Depends on the agency but Amedisys has gone to per visit rates (meaning you are paid one sum for visit and that sum depends on what you are doing at the visit) for positions so make sure to ask if position is hourly, salary or per visit. There are also "points" you have to meet on a weekly basis, if not, the expectation was you would work one or both of your days off to make up the difference. There is a LOT of documentation as well and there is no way to get it all done in the patients home so make sure to ask if documentation outside of business hours is paid - some agencies will count it toward your productivity points but not pay for the time.
