Home health companies in NYC??

Hello,

Does anyone know of any good home health companies with decent pay/benefits in NYC or in the nearby towns surrounding NYC? I currently work for the city hospitals and am very disgusted with the way they treat one another and their patients. Also looking for flexibility and autonomy.
