What is of value to you?  What do you believe in?  Are you living out your beliefs when it comes to the Holiday Season? Let's take a look at some values that are common to many people during the Holiday Season?  Which ones are a fit for you?

Ranking Ten Holiday Values

Assign the numbers "1" to "10" to each of these value statements. 

Place the number "1" beside the activity that has the highest value, the number "2" beside your next highest value, and so on until you have assigned all the numbers.  Use each number only once.

The holiday season is a time to:

______  be a peacemaker in my family

______  spend enjoyable time with my immediate family

______  reunite with my relatives

______  celebrate the birth of Christ

______  create a festive, beautiful home environment

______  show my love and generosity through gifts

______  remember the poor, lonely and needy

______  be active in my spiritual community

______  celebrate with friends

______  relax and be renewed
