Anyone work at Hoag?  How do you like it?  I have thought about applying there; the Magnet designation draws me, and I used to live in the area, so there is some familiarity/reminiscences pulling (not a good reason I know) What I am looking for is to grow beyond the community hospital ICU I have been in the past 7 years (17 at that facility) I received my CCRN last October, I want to do CCRN level work, but I only know the theory of the higher level stuff, so I would need support.  Don't care much about high wages and benefits, just does the hospital work? Thanks.
