Hinds cc letters

I called Hinds yesterday and she said some letters are going out Monday and some on Wednesday...I didn't receive anything today has anybody else?! Do rejection letters go out first or do acceptance letters?! Thanks

Yesterday I called again and they said my file was being held because my high school transcript was in a the 100 point scale rather than the 4.0 scale that they look at and they never called to tell me this and my high school average is 91.16 so clearly over 2.5 but they never bothered to call so I had to hunt everything down and got it to them today and got placed on the alternate list! That wasn't even in my control so it sucks but hey all I can do is hope for the best at this point but I still have to go to the May 5th orientation

Super crazy and super depressing!! I just hate it was for something like that and hinds won't tell you which number you are on the alternate list like Holmes does so that stinks! I'm just gonna continue my classes and hope for the best :) is your orientation May 5th as well or is that just the alternate orientation lol if it is then I'll have to figure out who u are and say hello :)

Hey if you don't mind me asking, what is yalls date with Hinds to have yalls form returned on if yall are accepting the seat or not?

Hey sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you! Orientation is May 5th. There isn't a form on accepting like there is with Holmes. If you do not want the seat you just let them know. The policy isn't quite a efficient as Holmes I would say.

Thanks so much. I know three people that were alternates at Hinds and they said all alternates started with the other students so who knows....has Holmes gotten back in touch with you about you being number 3?
