Hillsborough Community College Fall 2017

Is anyone else planning on applying for the Fall 2017 nursing program? I know it is really early, but I am just too excited. I want other people to share my excitement with!! :)

Orientation for PN school today. Kinda relieved I made sure I had a plan b lol

So I was looking online at the nursing applications.

When the deadline was Jan 15 the app said the review period took 12-15 weeks for the application to be processed.

Currently- With the deadline being May 15, the app says the evaluations take 4-10 weeks.

I think we would all be happy if it really is 4 weeks, which would be this coming Monday.

10 weeks would be 7/24 I believe- that's wayyy too close to the fall term.

Last semester, it seemed a lot of the applicants didn't get updates on their hawknet even after letters went out . So maybe they are on top of things like many have already said. Who knows..All I know is a put all my eggs in this basket and I'm not feeling confident of my chances :(

I don't think you have anything to worry about, your GPA is a 3.7.

I think the waiting is just filling us with doubt- we just need to stay optimistic and focus on other things.

It can't be July 24. The orientation is July 10. Mrs Edna told me 6 weeks so June 26. I think at the latest.

When I dropped off the application , the lady said they're trying to get them out sooner, around 4-6 weeks. Last cycle was 6 weeks. So no later than July 1st. If they're updating everything this week. .. maybe we'll hear next week. It typically goes oUT on Mondays. ... so fingers crossed for next Monday or Monday after father's day! Hang in there y'all. The wait, especially towards the end, is rough. Enjoy this time to yourselves! Don't fret. :)

What was the exact cut off pre req gpa for spring ?
