Highligted words did you ever noticed?during NCLEX exam

Guys.did you ever noticed the highlighted words during your exam???example: Which question will be inappropriate for the nurse to ask? I notice this when i got the wrong answer before the one i answered.and sometimes if i get all the questions right i dont see any highlights on the questions. Sometimes they highlight the Select all that apply sometimes not,i wonder if this are the not counted questions....i remember my friend told me the more you get highligthed words the more your getting wrong anwer.i dont know if this true.

They don't highlight anything when you take the Nclex exam....I doubt what your friend said...one thing you have to do when you take your exam is staying focused and not trying to remember if they asked you that question before or not....just answer it and keep it moving...Good luck!

I took the Nclex this last Tuesday and there were DEFINITELY some highlighted words, I was surprised about that, but did not take enough notice to know when it happened and how often. I passed with 75 questions by the way, so I don't think the highlighted words mean that you are not doing well.

Im just really confused cuz it happens to me.hehehe.congrats cloudwatcher.i am planning to take my RN by nextyear hopefully just took my pn and still waiting for official result taking so long urgh

I took mine last August and almost all the questions I got have highlighted phrase and I still passed with 99 questions.
