   They don't highlight anything when you take the Nclex exam....I doubt what your friend said...one thing you have to do when you take your exam is staying focused and not trying to remember if they asked you that question before or not....just answer ...

   you gotta be careful by not giving up too soon...i was on the same boat last week....i took the nclex and 8 hours later i did the PVT trick that took me straight to the cc page....i was heartbroken after reading numerous threads about it being true.....
