highest paying hospitals in dfw

I will be relocating to dfw area in June of 2008. We plan to find a place w/good schools and nice homes, preferably new. I will have 2 yrs exp. as a RN in med surg and oncology. I want to work at a hospital that offer high pay rates or a weo plan witha good rates. I am not terribly worried about bad working conditions. I currently work at the VA and sometimes have 18 pts a night for very little pay. I am looking to build my savings for the next 3-4 years while I work on my bsn and msn. Parkland rates seem pretty good and they sound good just to get the extra expierence. If anyone knows where the money is at let me know or pm me.

Medical City of Arlington also has pay rates that are more competetive than most of the other area facilities.
