High BUN and Creatinine

I would like to know what is the highest bun and creatinine that you have seen. My previous highest was aprox 120/13, with the pt very confused.

My new highest is now 136/21.92 (I wrote it down to make sure I got it right). He was asymptomatic, and was still urinating. It took 3 trips to Hemo to get it down to my pryor highest. I'm sure renal nurses have seen it this high before, but I was curious as to how often. I used to think that greater then creatinine 15 was lethal. Also how many non-renal nurses have seen it.
