Hi everyone!! Any pre-nursing students for Eastern Florida State College palm bay program!

So I went to my advisement appointment today. I should have 36 points once I take the nursing class and go to orientation. And I have decided to go to the Palm Bay orientation on June 9th. I signed up for the nursing success course today in Cocoa. I'm getting really excited! Maybe I'll see you at orientation! :-)

How cool I am excited for you!! Gosh it would be nice to meet you since we have spoken so much!! 36 points is really good too and you should be excited!! Well I guess we will see each other then. Im amazed noone else has responded except you and the other girl. Well we will see each other at orientation. I am actually bringing the hubby with me to check things out with me. I like to keep hom informed to since its a partnership.

I understood that it is one day from 2-9. Then you will have 1 clinical day on the weekend for 12 hours. Probably 630am-630pm. You also have to go to the hospital the day before your clinical for 2 hours. Then, every 3rd week you have labs on Thursday and no clinical. It seems confusing, but we will probably get a better understanding once we get into the program. I'm getting more excited now. I just got out from taking my TEAS test and passed it. Whew... that was stressful.

I got 70.7 overall and 88.1 in reading. I'm taking microbiology right now. And I'm starting the nurse success skills class on the 29th. That's really all I have left to do besides write my paper and get recommendation letters. I friend requested you on facebook also. í ½í¸ƒ

Hi! Jumping in here, I am also applying for the Palm Bay 2016. You can look me up on FB under Jill Marie Cozza if you all want to. I am also extremely nervous already. I just took the TEAS and did OK, 71 overall, 83 reading, I will have 35 points.......I am praying this is good enough to get in. October seems so far away, wonder if we will find out mid October. I am planning on attending the Wed., July 15, 2015, 2 - 4 PM, Melbourne Campus Auditorium, Bldg. 4 orientation.

Hello welcome!! Well thats a great teas score and points. Oct does seem really far away. Are you doing the nursing success course? I will definitely look you up so we can start a group. I am located in kissinmee and would love to know people in the area!! Do you know of anyone who has done this program and what their feelings are towards it?

I did the success course already, so that's part of my calculated points. My friend graduated from the program 5 years ago, and she's an RN in the OR at Holmes now. I have two other friends who graduated from the program 1 palm bay 1 cocoa. I think its going to be hard, but worth it. If I get in....... Im super nervous
