This is my 3rd time applying. First two times to the generic and this time to the bridge. I am starting to lose hope.

I applied for this term as well (Generic). Sorry to hear that you've been having a hard time getting in and I hope that it works out better for you this time around. Don't lose hope... the fact that you have persisted this long is a testament to how dedicated you are. Wishing you the best :0)
Question: Do you remember what the cut off has been for the past 3 cycles you applied to?
Thank you Grace31. The cutoff for the Fall of 2017 was 75 points. In the Spring of 2018 was 77 points. In the Fall 2017 I was applying with 73 points and in the Spring with 76. I was sooooo disappointed that I missed it by ONE POINT only this last time UGH! Now I qualify to apply into the bridge program. I am applying with 82 points.

Hey everyone,
I applied to the LAC SON generic program for Fall 2018.
I have approximately 76-78 points.
My points are an estimate because I'm not sure which exact classes they'll use for my points.
*For example in the "Polit. Sci. or US His." section, I took both of those classes, but got an A in one & a B in the other.*
I'm assuming (and hoping) that they'll use the higher grade/the one that gives me more points...?
I've emailed one of the admissions clerks 2 times already to confirm the amount of points they have me down for. I've seen on previous forums that mistakes have been made when calculating peoples' points.
I might have to email to Dean (again).
Good luck to both of you, especially you VNMindy. I've seen you on previous forums, and your persistence is admirable. Don't lost hope!
You're points are pretty solid this time around.
XO Bri
THANK YOU SO MUCH anairb! Yes, you definitely need to call them to find out how many points they are granting your application. The first time I applied, I called and spoke to the Dean, she told me my application had 5 less points than what I was calculating. So, she went through my application with me and realized that she had overlooked a couple of classes in my transcripts. Granted, I have over 100 units taken at two different junior colleges so it was very understandable that she had overlooked some information. But CALL HER instead, do not email her. She will take your call if she is available. She is very nice and approachable. And yes, she will use the higher grade. Believe me, if it were up to her, she'd take everyone who is applying. She told me that herself. GOOD LUCK to you too and let's keep everyone posted. April is almost here :)

Little update!
I ended up calling the school this morning to clear up some important material on my application; thankfully, the lady I spoke to was super kind and helpful.
I asked her my question about the 'points scenario'. She told me that they have not begun the process of adding up points yet (for the generic program, at least), and that I should call back in May so we can confirm the points they have me down for.
I just want to make sure we're on the same page because I know they deal with so many applications.
Hope you all are staying busy! This waiting game SUCKS! lol
Yes it does! And yes, I work full time and then some so I do keep busy. I will be calling them next week to see if they can give me an update on when they will start calling people with acceptance notices. Stay positive

Were they ever able to confirm your points?
No, I actually never called them because I ended up getting into my #2 school (still waiting on my #1).
Have any of you guys heard back yet?
No, I haven't heard anything. Congrats on already being accepted.
Thank you!
