One would need to know which office, of which company, in which city, that you are interested in. Any office will have different approaches at different points in time, depending upon the personnel currently running that office. And you have to keep in mind that one nurse's experience with any situation may be the direct opposite of any other given nurse that works for that same office at the same time. Also, be advised that negative comments about employers are strongly scrutinized here so you are less likely to get a representative response. Best to network with nurses in your area for unbiased opinion.

I think it all depends on where you live. Try looking up online what home health agencies are in your are. It's best to have a office by in case you need to go in and do work or speak to the office.

I agree with the other comments.

Better to ask questions and talk to nurses who work where you want to work or get an interview.
