I do know they added pharmacology to the first semester, and yes you have to take it even if you passed AH120 as a prereg.

Hey, I got accepted to the program for Fall 2014. I was one of the people who missed getting on the waitlist and had to apply. Has anyone heard about when clinicals are scheduled? I know it varies from school to school and even term to term, but I would like to get a general idea. Also, today when I view the courses available for Fall 2014, it now offers NSG 115 and NSG 117 instead of NSG 120 and NSG 126 for the first year.

How did you calculate your score for the application?? Also I noticed you got in for the Fall 2014 program congrats, but I have a question. You said you took the test after Sept 1 and was never on the waiting list. Were you advised to apply to the program?

I got my acceptance letter March 13th, I have orientation on the May 21st. I have a buddy who is in his 1st year right now and he told something about how they are going to change the curriculum for next year students.

I was one of the last people to get on from the wait list.

There is still people on the waitlist. I was told they are going to admit everyone who went on the waitlist before Sept 2013.

Are they still sending out acceptance letters? I was put on the wait list in August I believe and was told I have a chance at Fall 2014. I haven't received anything yet though. Are they sending letters or emails?

I was in HFCC from Jan 2012 through Dec 2013. For clinicals a list would be posted on the K Drive around the start of the semester (often not long before that) with all the different clinical rotations as worked out by the school, except for 126 where we got rotations I think between one and three weeks in. From there people could trade spots or whatever, sometimes the rotations would be revised. They usually tried to give us preference sheets.

I found out Im #189 on the wait list. They sent out letters to the first 100 people on the wait list. She said I might have a chance for Fall 2014 if enough people say no.

I forgot to ask how many people they admit per semester. Does anyone know?

They admit 160 every semester, I was like number 50 on the wait list ,and they send out emails telling you have to attend orientation.
