Has anybody used the 4th edition study guide?

Featured Replies

The admissions rep told me to buy the 3rd edition and it was even on a page of the orientation packet I received from her as well. I am unsure what differences there are between the two but I went ahead and bought the one that was recommended through Amazon. What campus are you planning on attending?

Yeah, I was told that as well. I think the 4th edition is new and maybe they haven't updated yet. Atlanta, GA. I plan on going next year after I complete the prerequisites

Ahh ok, I thought maybe you'd be here in Houston. Either way good luck on the Hesi. I need to start studying because I'm suppose to be taking it next Friday I think.

Thank you. Good luck to you too! Let us know how it goes.

Will do. I might postpone the test because I've been so backed up with stuff from the four classes I'm taking now. But I'll let ya know.

Ok. You have two chances

On the math portion, about 80% of my questions were fractions and ratios (Ex. 13/32) They allow you to use a calculator so it's not hard, just time consuming.
