Hesi Exit Exam

Does anyone know specific rounding requirements for the hesi exam. the reason why i asked is because i am so use to rounding to the nearest whole number. i think for the hesi exam it's more specific.

i believe hesi has certain reqiurements for rounding? Please let me know Thank you:D

the question will have the rounding requirements. ( round to the 10th)

Does anyone know what kind of math is on the HESI? I'm guessing it's the A2 form of the test. I've heard it's just basic stuff, but that doesn't help me much. I've also heard that there are a lot of conversions on it, can anyone recommend any to study?

its your basic IV calc. Ratio and d/h*q. the rounding instructions are there as well

it's absolutely basic and they are instructions with the math question...review your basic math for nursing...good luck tomorrow!!
