  1. I was just curious as to why students failed/repeated the program so I posted here to see the responses. I've heard of student's being "weeded" out of the program because of whatever circumstance(s) they were involved in and wanted to know if there were any bigger reasons aside from the obvious ones such as not studying. Thanks for the responses .
  2. Here in Michigan, Henry Ford Hospital has that type of program with the Nursing program at Henry Ford Community College.
  3. Hello Nursing students, During Nursing school, what observations have you made about the students in class who did not make it through the Nursing program? Where they not hardworking? did they show any effort or initiative in completing the program? what did you notice about those "select few" who just did not quite cut it? Your responses are appreciated!
  4. With my college, you had to finish all pre-req's, pass the NET(score given same day), and maintain a minimum GPA to be placed on a waitlist. It all comes down to the college.
  5. Congratulations Nina on the great news! I'm hoping to start my RN program by fall of 2010 as well(wait lists suck!). All these nursing entrance tests can be intimidating for the first time takers but there should be no reason to be as long as you come prepared and stay focused! It's just another test.
