I am planning to take Hesi A2 Nursing entrance exam at (elcentro college) by next week. I am really worried about the reading and Grammar portion. So can someone guide me what site or book i should use to improve my skills.

There is a HESI review book that you can buy. I think it's about $20-$25 brand new or you can probably find a used one on Amazon or similar site. It gives you practice problems and explanations to help you understand the theory behind the correct answers.

Check out Eats, Shoots, and Leaves for help with punctuation. For general grammar Woe is I. For reading, I can't really offer any advice that will be beneficial to you in such a short amount of time. I used EyeQ with some success, but not nearly the dramatic results they advertise. How to Read a Book offers helpful advice on improving your reading skills, and was written by Charles Van Doren, which I think is pretty cool.

If you read a lot for pleasure, you'll be fine. When I took the HESI A2 I was worried that I would have to diagram sentences and that sort of thing (I'm not so sure on what part is what). I went online and did searches for things like "high school english quiz" and took whatever I could find. It took the misery out of the studying.
Also, you absolutely MUST do the review book HESI sells, cover to cover. They sell it on Amazon and it's usually on reserve at the library of the school that's administering the test.
Get there early and take your time! Good luck!
